The undersigned waives the right to inspect or approve versions of my or my child's image taken at The Activity used for educational or promotional purposes. I understand that my or my child's name will not be used unless I so authorize below. I further understand that I will not be compensated for the permission that I am granting here. I release the hosting organizations and its agents from any claim that may arise regarding the use of these images, including any claims of defamation, invasion of right to privacy, rights of publicity or personality, or copyright.
