Did you know that Silicon Valley celebrates Pride Month in August?! We're honoring our region's Pride Month with an IN PERSON baking workshop. The workshop will be located in GILROY at Kneaded Bakery of Rebekah Children's Services, one of our county partner organizations, where Chef Carlos's team will teach you how to make pride themed rainbow cupcakes!
Virtual Participants: Please see list below AND attachment for quantities
What you'll receive: flour, baking soda, powdered sugar, sprinkles, piping bags, muffin tin, cupcake liners, food coloring
What you'll NEED/HAVE @ home: salt, 1 egg, sour cream (alt. plain full fat yogurt), vanilla extract, butter (for the cupcakes, you can use vegetable or canola oil, but you will need 1 1/2 cups of butter for frosting), buttermilk (you can make your own with 1 tbsp of vinegar or lime juice & regular milk), and apple cider vinegar (alt: white wine vinegar)
